Refund policy
Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once products have been opened.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
